Starting from 200% zoom on desktop, the drop-down menu items hide some of the page content.
This fails WCAG 2.2 SC 1.4.10: Reflow (Level AA) and 2.4.11: Focus Not Obscured (Minimum) (Level AA).
When tabbing through the contact us page, the colour contrast for the “Send” button is lower than
the required standard. This fails WCAG 2.2 SC 1.4.3: Contrast (Minimum).
The content in the scrollable table cannot be reached through keyboard.
This fails WCAG 2.1.1: Keyboard (Level A).

Our website developers and content editors identified the above issues during the most recent accessibility audit.
We are working on fixes and aim to complete them within three months.

This website was last tested on 12 January 2026. The test was carried out by Portsmouth City Council’s in-house development team using automated tools (WAVE Evaluation Tool and axe DevTools) and manual testing methods.
